This year was a rollercoaster. Ups and downs, riding very fast. Either very high, or very low, nothing in between.

I fell in love, I fell out of love. I tried a domestic life. I flew to Bali for green rice terraces and art classes. I cried, laughed and opened my heart to strangers. Then I flew to Italy for long drives, beautiful old villas and wine. Through cultural history in Florence, I was experiencing my own renaissance.

I lost the job, which I was planning to change for two years, but comfort zone was keeping me there. I left my flat in Notting Hill and moved to Lithuania for some time. I spent lots of days on my windowsill looking at the old town and creating a new vision for my life. I was dreaming in the forests, swimming in the lakes and standing in the cold wind by the sea.

For quite some time I did not know how to use all the skills and experience I got during my career in International Sales for two big publishing houses in London. I wanted to do something creative, helping others, related to holistic business and bringing cultures together. As a result, the Wild Flow Create agency was born, where we create brands for wellness businesses together with a fantastic team. Empowering small businesses and big dreamers.

I met lots of wonderful people, who helped me in different situations. From building a website to teaching me sing. I was convinced that either of those things is not for me. But here we are, I have a website and I can sing! I cleared boundaries, some people left my life, some people came. Pretty much as in other years. Except that this year was also a year of pandemic, when the world stood still. There was a lot of time just be, instead or rushing and trying to do too many things at once. Everything seemed clearer, more raw and real. Time was passing differently.

Soon, I will be changing country once again. Yes, I'm crazy enough to fly around the world during the lockdown. Wish me luck!

Massive thanks for being with me in 2020. Love you! No matter what happens, life is full of magic. It will always find you! ♡

♖ The right logo says everything without saying a word. It connotes feelings of honor, trust, pride, excellence and integrity. It conveys a series of virtues and a set of values without pages of copy and a team of copywriters. It evokes a sense of connection between a brand and consumers. It establishes a bond between a company and its community of fans, friends, critics, allies and champions.

It was July 2020. We were looking down at Florence lights from the top of the hill. I just left London for an indefinite time and took a short holiday to Italy. Eveything seemed so surreal.
- You know, I feel like my past does not exist anymore, but I don't know the future yet.
- Trust me, you are not the only one, - he replied.
Florence smiled at us, nodding and knowing that eveything is going to be OK and uncertainty is part of the deal.

✨ Isn't life full of magic once you trust it? ✨
@silkinisskirtukas (a calendar for women) is a perfect example of soulful branding. Created with lots of love and desire to spread joy. Published quite late in a year (having in mind that it’s a calendar for 2021), but sold out in one month. Enthusiasm and energy of it’s creator was contagious and everyone could feel it. Also small details, like packaging, scent and gifts added to a positive experience. There was a message coming with this calendar - go for your dream and everything will be ok. I will always be reminded about it from now on. Thank you @eimmyonpointe for being determined enough to materialise your vision and giving life to something so beautiful. 🌸
Hope you are having lovely holiday season. 🎄
🌿 Why I have chosen the name 'Wild Flow Create for my brand?

It's because I wanted to do a brand design for storytellers everywhere. For those who walk in their own way. For those rising by lifting others and are seeking to show up confidently and and authentically in their own story. Who are free to be themselves and do business in a creative way. They flow, they think outisde the box and the live from their heart.

If you are one of those people and would like to talk about your brand's strategy, please do get in touch and let's create something beautiful together.

💚
Time is flying so fast that I forget that Christmas is just around the corner. I get reminded only when I walk in the city full of decorations. Strange Christmas this year. 🎄
There is always something to be #grateful for. 💫
This year I was mainly working from home. It was not always easy to have discipline and be productive. It can get very distracting. Therefore, I would like to share some tips, what worked for me and I hope it could help you too.

🔸 KEEP YOUR MORNING ROUTINE
Try your hardest to keep your morning routine. Get up at the same time, shower, get dressed, grab coffee just like you would if you were heading into the office. This will give you a sense of normalcy and some added confidence to get your day started.

🔸 HAVE A DEDICATED WORK AREA
It can be really tempting to work from your couch or your bed. Don’t give into this temptation. Find a dedicated work space and work exclusively from there. This space could be an office, guest bedroom, half of your living room room, even your dining room table. It doesn’t matter where it is as long as it is a space that is comfortable and conducive to work.

🔸 KEEP STANDARD HOURS
Make a plan to keep standard working hours. You should start your day and end your day at the same time just as you would if you were in a traditional office. Not only does this prevent you from burning out (interestingly, most people tend to OVER-work when working from home), but it also gives you a sense of routine. After a while, a lack of routine can start to impact your mood and confidence. Humans are creature of habit so try to stick to a regular schedule.

🔸 SET GOALS EACH DAY
Each morning, set a goal of things that you would like to accomplish that day. This serves a couple of purposes. For one, it can keep you focused on what you need to get done. Working from home means that you have your fair share of distractions. But additionally, keeping a track of things that you accomplished will give you a much needed sense of accomplishment. Sometimes when you work from home you can feel that you didn’t really do anything. It’s important to remind yourself that you are contributing at the same or an even greater level.

Have some grace with yourself as you are learning how to work from home. It may take some time, but you will get there!
